Yes, Samrat Ashok Technological Institute (S.A.T.I.) is a well-known institution based at Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh. It started its functioning in the year 1960 as a Self Financed Government Aided autonomous institute, and got the NAAC accreditation as well. It provides an Undergraduate and Post-Graduate level courses as well and admits students on basis of scores of JEE and GATE. The food quality in the hostel mess of Samrat Ashok Technological Institute is very much average both in terms of taste and quality. Many students have reported that they are unable to have the food for a long-term and have to order from outside source. Moreover the mess menu is purely veg and which could be problematic for many.
