Sasurie College of Engineering accepts the TANCET entrance exam for admissions to the MBA course. Moreover, before appearing for the entrance exam, candidates must complete the basic eligibility criteria that state candidates must complete their graduation with decent scores. After achieving a valid score on the entrance exam, candidates are required to appear for counseling. Candidates who qualify in the TANCET 2025 exam are eligible to participate in the TN MBA counselling process.

Sasurie College of Engineering only offers one MBA course for the duration of two years, divided into four semesters. Therefore, the college does not offer MBA courses in specialisations. However, in the second year of the course, the college specializes students in elective fields like Finance, HR, Marketing & Business Analytics.
