Sasurie College of Engineering accepts the TANCET entrance exam for admissions to the MBA course. Moreover, before appearing for the entrance exam, candidates must complete the basic eligibility criteria that state candidates must complete their graduation with decent scores. After achieving a valid score on the entrance exam, candidates are required to appear for counseling. Candidates who qualify in the TANCET 2025 exam are eligible to participate in the TN MBA counselling process. 

Sasurie College of Engineering only offers one MBA course for the duration of two years, divided into four semesters. Therefore, the college does not offer MBA courses in specialisations. However, in the second year of the course, the college specializes students in elective fields like Finance, HR, Marketing & Business Analytics.

The primary eligibility requirement to get admission into MBA courses is candidates must complete their graduation in any field. Additionally, for the selection process, the college accepts TANCET scores, followed by counseling. The TANCET exam is the first step, conducted by Anna University, and serves as the gateway for admissions to MBA courses at Sasurie College of Engineering and its other affiliated colleges. 

A total of 600 seats are available for BTech course at Sasurie College of Engineering. MAjority of seats are allocated to B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering and B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering, i.e., 120, respectively.
