Hi, sweetydas self-finance seat is management quota seat Management Quotameans these seats are reserved for those people who actually didn't qualify the eligibility criteria for getting a seat in college but are willing to spend almost two to four times the actual fee of the college, whereas Self-supporting courses are courses started by colleges without financial assistance from the government in any form. This means, all the expenses of the course including tuition fees, laboratory maintenance, salary for teachers are to be covered by the tuition fees from the students.

Hii, International students can't apply for federal student aid, but U. S. universities may use other forms to determine financial need. U. S. students fill out the FAFSA to apply for financial aid from U. S. federal and state governments, and the form is used by schools to determine need-based awards. Thanks.

Hii Ariba, Which Scholarship are you talking about?
But there are many scholarships for undergraduation program.
You can also apply for NSP UGC Scholarship whose last date is 5th February (extended) and many other scholarships are there.
