According to me, they provide scholarship but I suggest you that also please confirm once from your side.

The scholarship is provided at chitkara University only to special category students and residents of Jammu and Kashmir. There is no such scholarship through JEE Main currently.

May be good but not best. IIMs are the best for 5 years integrated Programme in Management courses after 12th. IIMs will provide you best scholarship and loaning facilities if get selected there. So prepare yourself for IPMAT entrance exam.
