Yes, IIST do provide 100% scholarship. But, it only applies when a students avail sports scholarship (only to those who participates in national team).
For Merit scholarship, students with 9.5 and above CGPA can easily get 50% scholarship of tuition fees.
Talking about B.Tech lateral and transfer students in 2nd and 3rd year can get scholarship of 60% of tuition fees as well.
IIST also offers scholarship for SC/St students (Approx. 45,000/-)

Only the students who fulfil the eligibility criteria are considered for UCMS scholarships. Thus, it is essential that students interested in scholarships must check the below-mentioned eligibility:
- The scheduled caste students admitted to the college are eligible for the Post-Matric Scholarship of NCT Delhi.
- On a merit-cum-means basis of one year's duration, renewable every year at the commencement of the studies.
- Students securing at least 60% marks in the last qualifying examination and whose father/guardian's income is less than INR 750 per month.
- Students whose parent's income does not exceed INR 750 per month.
