Yes, you can get education loan for your studies, and further you can move towards your education career. Scholarships are also available. You need to be excellent in your academics, while pursuing your degree these scholarships are not of bigger amounts. But, you can get the scholarships with smaller amount.

VIT doesn't offer any scholarship based on VITEEE. If you are an education board topper, you might get a special scholarship but as far as I know, there's no other way to get a scholarship from VITEEE.

No, you can't get.15% students from a batch are offered scholarships on the basis of family income and previous academic performance. Students having a family income less than Rs.150,000 can apply.
