For instance, EIT Year 13 Scholarship is offered and available for Hawke's Bay and Tair? whiti (Gisborne) based students that are about to begin an undergraduate degree and covers one year of full-time study, without mentioning any exact score or grade. Unimoni Student Stars 2023 is the scholarship offered to high achieving students internationally and across various programs. The exact score is not provided by however High scores are expected in recognised exams like SAT or IELTS. There are extended scholarships also for Indian students like JN Tata Endowment Loan Scholarship. This scholarship supports Indian students that are pursuing postgraduate studies abroad in specific fields, including engineering, science, and business. In this scholarship consistency of academic excellence is crucial.

There are various scholarship options provided by Abertay University. 'International Scholarship' there doesn't require any specify minimum scores, it is  open to all international students who are excellent in academics and fulfills programme entry requirements. International Postgraduate Research Scholarship requires higher academic achievements. This scholarship is considered as equivalent to a first class honours degree. Excellent research and critical thinking is required here.

Entry requirements and potentials for different programs at Abertay university can vary. You can apply for various other scholarships, but there is no as such score needed as the university holistic in nature.

There are currently 3 scholarships being offered to international students at Ara, all with varying requirements, benefits, and application processes. They are:

• Advanced Energy Technology Scholarship: A $5000 scholarship for M? ori, Pacific or women studying mechanical, electrical or electronics engineering at Ara. You need to have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, and a minimum GPA of 6.0
• M? ori and Pacific Scholarship: A scholarship that champions equitable outcomes for M? ori and Pacific learners by supporting their access to and success in tertiary study at Ara. You need to be of M? ori or Pacific descent, and have a minimum GPA of 5.0
• Excellence Scholarship: A scholarship that supports high-achieving learners who exhibit all-round ability and academic excellence to access and succeed in tertiary study at Ara. You need to have a minimum GPA of 7.0, and demonstrate your interest, aptitude, and potential for the programme you are applying for4.
• The scholarship value for each scholarship is $4,000 per equivalent full-time student enrolment, which means you can spend it on anything that helps you succeed in your studies, such as fees, rent, transport, or childcare. You can apply online by selecting “apply now” on the programme page you wish to apply for on the Ara website. You will also need to pay an application fee of NZD 250, which is non-refundable. You should apply as early as possible, as the admission process can take up to 8 weeks.

The scores you need to have depend on the type of scholarship you are applying for. Some of the scholarships and their score requirements are:

• Paul E. Tsongas Scholarship: You need to have a 3.75 or higher re-calculated GPA in high school and be a Massachusetts resident.
• Dean’s Graduate Scholarship: You need to have a 3.25 or higher GPA for your undergraduate degree and a 3.75 or higher GPA for your graduate work.
• Fitchburg Freshmen Scholarship: You need to have a 3.0 or higher GPA in high school
• Henry Frank STEM Scholarship: You need to have a 3.0 or higher GPA in high school and be a resident of a town within 35 miles of Orange, MA

Some of the scholarships do not require specific scores, but other criteria, such as financial need, work experience, personal statement, letters of recommendation, etc.
