No, the college does not offer any such relaxation. They have a state govt scholarship program which you will get during your academic session. You have to fill out the scholarship form for that.

You need to fill online application for VITEEE which will be released in the month of January every year and write exams in the month of April. VIT is a separate Institute and is not affiliated to any other universities. It's ranked No.1 private institute in 2019 for 4th time. If you perform really well, you can get scholarship based on your rank in VITEEE.

There is no Hostel facility in APFT but there are many accommodations nearby.

There are seat reservations but if scholarship schemes are there or not for OBC, is not clearly mentioned on the official website. It is advisable to contact the college directly for this information https://www.ftii.ac.in/.
