It depends after taking admission in College. There are some schemes under central government to provide scholarship for SC/St Candidates. Although, some other banks also provide loan/scholarship for college if it is government. All the best. Thank you.

I believe the university you are applying to has its own financial aid and gives scholarship to students on merit-basis. You should check their website for financial aid options and eligibility.

Scholarship depends on your percentile in your entrance exams & majorly on college. You can also show them your sports achievements if you do have. It's an add on to the plate.
