1. BITS Mesra : Rs 268000 First year fee

I got 91 percentile in jee main b.arch can I get admission? If yes can I get scholarship ?

Yes, you can get admission here in B.Arch course. As per the information available on VGU website the University offers the following scholarship schemes as under.
1. Merit based scholarship : This scholarship is only for 1st year of the undergraduate programme, except B.Com (ACCA/ Entrepreneurship).

Your expected JEE Main Paper-2 AIR is about 10141. The last year closing rank at NIT Hamirpur in B.Arch course was 9328 under HS quota in general category. Hence keeping the last years of trends in consideration, your chances are moderate here.
