Hi,
The scholarships are provided by the university and various NGOs. You have to apply for scholarships at the time of admission. You can also avail education loan and search the PM's website as he has launched various scholarship schemes.

For admission in UK you have to score very well in class 12th above 90%, which increases admission + scholarship chances. You have to give language tests and score very well in those exams. Different colleges have different admission procedures for different courses. You can use this link and sea
