B. Sc in Nautical Science is a 3-year undergraduate course which is split into 6 semesters. Each year consists of 2 semesters and contains a thoroughly practical approach to all the concepts of Nautical Technology.
Whereas, Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Marine Engineering is a 4-year undergraduate course which is split into 8 semesters. Each year contains 2 terms, with each term a minimum of 6 subjects or more depending on the university.

Yes, you can. If you want to do your M.Sc. In radiology, the minimum criteria is 10+2 qualification with Physics, Chemistry, Math and Biology with a minimum aggregate score of 40% to 60%.

There is this Mahatma Gandhi Central University - MGCUB, Bihar where most of the students get placed in decent companies and also, the faculty members are very helpful there. In Maharashtra, you can try Narsee Monjee which is one of the top colleges in Mumbai with very good placements.
