The WB SET (West Bengal State Eligibility Test) result is released by the West Bengal College Service Commission (WBCSC). The steps to download the WB SET result are given below:
- Go to the official website
- Click on the WB SET result link
- WB SET login page will appear on the screen
- Fill out the login credentials
- Fill out the captch code
- Click on the submit button

SET results are announced within a week of the SET exam. Once the results are announced, students can start preparing for the SET counselling rounds and apply to the college's websites. If the candidate meets the SET cutoff of the participating institute they will be called for the WAT/PI rounds. For the preparation of these rounds, students should focus on improving communication skills, current affairs awareness, general knowledge, etc.

SET score is determined on the basis of correct answers marked by aspirants in the SET exam. For each correct answer, candidates are awarded one mark. For an incorrect answer, there is no negative marking. And also no marks will be awarded or deducted for unaswered questions. Candidates who match the SET cutoff criteria are further called for the Personal Interview round.
Therefore, the total marks of SET is 60. The sectional marking scheme for SET is given below:
- General English: 16
- Analytical and Logical Reasoning: 12
- Quantitative Ability: 16
- General Knowledge: 16

SET result is available online on the official website of SET. Candidates who appeared for the SET exam can download their SET scorecards using their Username and password. Given below is the process on how to download the SET results:

Candidates can check their SET result at the official website. To download their scorecards, they need to login to the candidate login portal. The SET result can be downloaded on only on a desktop or a laptop. Following are the steps to download the SET result card:

In 2025, SET was conducted in two phase, i.e. Test 01 and Test 02. According to the SET analysis and student's reactions, the difficult level of the exam is easy to moderate in both sessions. A good score in SET BBA exam can be subjective, but if we look at the analysis, then the following can be termed as a good score in SET:

Symbiosis International adheres to the reservation criteria as per the University of Grants Commission guidelines 2006 reservation policy for all the institutes. The sanctioned intake is as follows:

SET score is valid for admission for the same academic year in which the candidate has taken the exam. For example, SET 2025 score will be valid for admission for 2025-2028 BBA batch only. If a candidate wishes to drop a year after taking the SET exam, then they will have to appear for the exam once again next year.
