The placements in VJTI for the Mechanical branch is good. My batch was 100% placed before the last semester itself. Many renowned companies visit the campus and offer good pay packages. The placement cell of the college is very active. The highest package for mechanical reaches up to 24 lac per annum and the average package that the students are offered is 9 lac per annum. The students are placed in the organizations such as Larson & Turbo, Siemens, Tata group, Mahindra and a lot more.

Companies like Flow traders (80 Lacs), Qualcomm, Nutanix (40 Lacs), Uber (40 Lacs), Myntra, Amazon (29 Lacs), Texas instruments, ST Microelectronics, Intel, Oracle (22 Lacs), McKinsey, JP Morgan Chase and Goldman Sachs visit the campus for placements. Vidyalankar Institute of Technology was started in the year 1999 after having secured permission from the AICTE and University of Mumbai. It has slowly gained popularity and today attracts top talent. It is the college which is known for its great infrastructure in whole Gujarat and better facilities provided by the colleges like Wi-Fi Sports Complex, etc. Nirma University is the college that focuses mainly on studies, therefore, you don't need to worry about the faculty members and it also has the rule of 85% compulsory attendance. Placement is good for chemical engineering students. You will get decent chemical companies. You may even get placed in government chemical companies. You can get a maximum package of 5-6 lacs but not more than that. The mass package you may get is 3-4 lacs are from non-core companies like TCS or Accentu
