Karnataka is blessed with some really good private engineering colleges, being as the IT hub of India it is able to lure many top MNs which consequently results in better placements.
Here is the list of some top colleges:

An NIT degree matters a lot which can become the fruitful outcome for the upcoming years of life. Though DSCE is a well-renowned college and known for its excellence after its huge struggle for existence for a deemed college, but the amount of funds and officials working in NIT are exceptional and thus the same get reflected into the undergrads and newbies working and studying there.
The placements, in DSCE on an average, is around 5 Lacs per annum though few getting good quality placements of around 12 Lacs in reputed companies such as Oracle, Sap, Capgemini, etc.

MIT-Manipal is well known for its vibrant academic and co-curricular scenario.
Though it charges a huge amount of fee, for undergraduates and hence provides world-class facilities.
When it comes to placements from computer science and communication engineering, they are exceptionally well and quality wise better future-oriented.
The highest salary offered in the respective stream is 23 Lacs per annum and around 10 Lacs per annum being the average from the recent years.

Hello dear,
Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad is ranked 10th in 2017 as it is one of the national level colleges it's growth is miraculous and one of the fastest growing IITs. For computer science branch, placements are quite good and companies compete to choose the candidates with good packages. After JEE you will get atleast 20 days for UPSEE exams so if one can utilize these days properly then surely you can score good marks in the exam.
150 question are there in the exam of total 600 marks without negative marking. So to score good one has to work on the speed and accuracy. Well if you want to do B.Tech in aeronautical choose some of the premier engineering colleges.
As far as DIAS is concerned it is not a very reputed college in terms of all infrastructure, placement, research etc. When you talk about aeronautical you have to be more cautious as it is one of the main branches of engineering and have to be carefully select the institute. Following companies are the recruiters for engineering:- Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Genpact
The lowest package was Rs 3 lakhs and the highest package was about Rs 8 lakh for the students of CSE.

Lateral entry offers an opportunity to make a direct entry into the second year of an undergraduate technical education program.
Lateral entry is only the way to the second years of an engineering program. Eligibility criteria for lateral entry are subject to an institutes discretion. Tamil Nadu has many good coaching centers like:
Aakash: The teachers here are good, but it's very expensive if you compare other JEE institutes some of which are better. It's good for medical preparations though.
FIITJEE: They take a test based on which they divide you into batches, the students performing better are given better batches which sometimes demoralizes the students who dint get into good batches. They only concentrate all attention and focus on these students which I personally disapprove of.
