Don't expect too much from IPEC. If you think you are going to get great CS education and exposure then you are wrong. It's an above average college. There is a reason why it's not above IITD, NSIT, DTU and IIITD.
Don't worry about placements, if you land up in a good college under IPEC especially in CSE program, you'll get ample of opportunities to land a good job unless you do nothing in the 4 years.

Generally speaking COEP blows SPCE out of the water. COEP is much well-known and trusted among recruiters as compared to MIT. Last time COEP had around 83.8 % placements for mechanical (this number seems less as the students who didn't accept the offers are also included) and the average salary was around 6-7 LPA for mechanical department which is more compared to SPCE.

Even though PICT was founded specially for degree courses related to computer science it still lags behind COEP. COEP has better facilities and is more trusted among the recruiters than PICT.
