The answer is no. You cannot get into SRM through TNEA.
Anna University conducts Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) to offer admissions to candidates in various engineering colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu. TNEA counselling is a single window process and admissions in Tamil Nadu engineering colleges are offered through such a process because authorities believe that such an initiative facilitates transparency.
Here is the list of colleges that accept TNEA scores: https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/articles/tnea-2014-list-of-tamil-nadu-engineering-colleges-blogId-8105

It differs from person to person depending on one's current academic performance. But yeah it sure is possible to crack IIT JEE Mains and Advance in 1 year if you follow the proper routine. Some of the tips are mentioned below:
- From the point of view of a proper routine, the minimum time you should be dedicating is at least 5-6 hours on self-study regularly. You should split the self-study time into two core parts: one for revision purpose and second for day-to-day self-study. Revision is very essential because syllabus of class 11th and 12th PCM is vast.
- Join a coaching institute and resolve their study materials repeatedly. Nowaday

Computer Science is not difficult if you have analytical thinking skills. However, to get good grades in relative grading system in CS is most challenging because CS class is composed of best students of any batch as only toppers of Engineering Entrance Examinations are able to get admission in CS branch.
