MVJ College of Engineering is affiliated do it AICTE.
Faculty on a scale of 10 could be rated around 7.
Though they lack experience in teaching S4 syllabus of VTU it is comfortable enough they have adapted NBA accreditation policies which enables to know the course outcome with the feedback system in the next semester.
Other if you are interested looking for sports to be encouraged trust need that is not the right place to enter in the MVJ College.
Placement:
Placements there are hardly any core companies that come for an aeronautical engineering do none of the students got place in core companies even outside few of them were placed at TCS.
There are companies like Safran Aerospace, Schneider Electric, L&T Company, Dell, TCS and many more come to the MVJ University.
According to the university, the average package of the university is increasing year by year. Last to last year, it was 400000 rupees and now it is 7.5 lakh rupees.
But, the last year in Aeronautical Engineering was the worst year for the placement in the MVJ College of Engineering.

As per students reviews, and my own opinion, IIAEIT is not an up to mark college either for education or placements.
If doing graduation in aviation field is your interest then its fine but if you are opting for aeronautical engineering just because you are having a misconception regarding highly paid jobs (after completion of graduation in aero.) then let me clarify few things.
There is a huge misconception in students (especially who seeks a career in engineering field) that after doing BE/B.Tech in aeronautical/aerospace, they will get highly paid jobs in aero core companies or airlines. But the reality is very much different. Requirements of aero engineers in private firms are negligible. Moreover, there are just countable Private aero firms in India. In most of the aero firms, whether it's a production firm or an R&D, 90% of mechanical people are given preference. Even though you get a job into a private firm (aero organization) your starting salary will not be more than 15K.
There are only a few government organisations, Like ISRO, DRDO, NAL & HAL which gives chance to aero graduates. But getting jobs in these organisations is also not that easy. They individually have their own sets of assessment methods for the job candidates.
No institution takes guaranty of placements for aeronautical/aerospace, not even IIT's since the field is very narrow in our country. But this scenario will change in few years as Indian aviation sector is developing rapidly.

Madras Institute of Technology is affiliated to Anna University which is known for its BE course in aeronautical engineering and is placed among the top colleges in India for aeronautical engineering.
MIT is a place which enables you to become what you aspire to become in your life. The college has limited number of seats in each department which helps professes to concentrate more on each student the exams are purely based on testing the concepts which the students have learnt from the lectures rather than usual theory paper apart from studies college offers various classes to enhance our skills like foreign languages dance and sports it is a perfect choice for person who wishes to pursue aeronautical engineering in Tamil Nadu.
Internships and the placements provided in the Madras Institute of Technology are very good. The average salary of Madras Institute of Technology is 400000 rupees which are better than any other colleges with a low fee and it provides better value for the money.
Most of the students from Madras Institute of Technology from aeronautical engineering go for GATE exams and do the Masters degree from IIT.

I might have missed a few companies.
The highest package of this year was from West Line Ship Management (21.6 LPA). I don't know how the placements are there in IIT'sand NIT's for mechanical but here in VIT, these are the companies visited this year till now. I hope few more companies may join in this list at the end of this 2016 academic year because still one more semester is there to complete this academic year.
NOTE: All these above-mentioned companies had taken in single digit numbers (min 1- max 10) and package ranging (3LPA-12LPA)
In simple words, companies do come, it's up to you to get placed.

Talking about B.Tech in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing-Jabalpur. It is the best branch in the college in terms of placement as well as faculty. Faculty of CSE is highly qualified, conversant and have vast experience in their respective fields. Further on talking about the placements in consideration most of the CSE students get a package above 6-7 LPA while on the other hand, IIIT-Sri City has its first batch placed in 2016 only. This year also many big companies came for campus placements.
Next, taking the infrastructure in consideration, it is far better than IIIT-Sri city because IIIT Sri City is a recently established college and is in its initial stage while on the other hand, IIITDM-Jabalpur was established in 2005, thus placing it far ahead of IIIT-Sri City. Further on talking about the facilities, IIITDM-Jabalpur has all the basic facilities required by the students. Thus, I would prefer IIITDM-Jabalpur over IIIT Sri City on the basis of these points.
