It is allowed to do bcomfrom sri ram college but the cutoff is 99-100%. I want to suhgest that you must pursue non attending college because are pursuing CA along with B.Com. It is hard to manage B.Com with attending college along with CA.

Hi. Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
An aggregate of 45% marks in the qualifying examination. The applicant must have studied and passed Mathematics/Business Mathematics/ equivalent paper at the qualifying examination for admission to B.Com. (Hons. ). Selection shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination including one language and three best subjects as per the following:

Hi,
The total fee for BA (H) Economics course is Rs. 89,890.
The college has a total of 5 courses - B.Com (H), B.A. (H) Economics, Post Graduate Diploma in Global Business Operations, M.Com and M.A. Economics. Shri Ram College of Commerce courses duration range from 2 years to 3 years. All the five programmes are offered in regular mode. The institute has different eligibility criteria for each course. In order to enrol into SRCC courses candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by college. There are total 501 seats in Shri Ram College of Commerce BCom (H) programme .

Dear aspirant, Great interacting with you. Yes, Math is compulsory to get into SRCC for B.Com (Hons) or any other reputable college these days. Even if you want to do Economics Hons math will still play a role. For applying for the Bachelors of Commerce (Honours) course at Delhi University, you must have studied Mathematics in your 12th, though it's not necessary to include that subject in your best of four percentage which is considered as your eligibility percentage.
