For the admission in the college you have to give the entrance exam and score well. The dates of the exam are announced by the college, so you have to check it on website.

Yes, you can apply in SRCC. But applying in SRCC means having 99% marks in 12th and then you have to prepare yourself for an interview round also. Admission here is very tough.
