It is not compulsory but after MBA, tour chances will increase for HR. Without MBA, you have to struggle very much. Therefore, I suggest you to pursue MBA.

Hi Simran, be 100% assured they will see the average of the top four subjects only and not the score in any particular subjects. You can take admission in sociology or English honors courses.
