Once the SRM University application portal is closed, the admissions committee starts with the screening process. In this process, the applicants are screened and shortlisted based on their performance in the entrance exams.

After that, shortlisted students are invited for an interview process. Following which, BTech seats are allocated based on the candidate's performance in the accepted entrance exam and the interview process.
