The Staff Selection Commission will release the SSC CGL Tier 1 result online only on its official website - ssc.gov.in. The Commission will release the SSC CGL 2025 result, mentioning the name and roll number of the candidate. The candidates need to check their roll number in the SSC CGL result pdf.

The Commission will also release the number of candidates available for each post group and the category-wise cutoff for each post-group separately.

The Staff Selection Commission is expected to release the SSC CGL Tier 1 result 2025 soon at ssc.gov.in. The Commission conducted the SSC CGL 2025 Tier 1 exam till October 14, 2025. The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam was conducted as a Computer-Based Exam at the designated exam centres.

A total of 10971 were able to qualify for the exam. The SSC CGL cut-off for the Junior Statistical Officer post ranged from 162.48 to 125.58. The majority of candidates who cleared the SSC CGL JSO exam were from the General category. The cut off marks for the General category was 130.18, 117.87 for OBC and 94.58 for SC. As per the SSC CGL marking scheme, for every wrong answer in Tier 1, one mark will be deducted. In Tier 2 there is a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer in Section-I, Section-II and Module-I of Section-III of Paper-I and ½ marks for each wrong answer in Paper-II and Paper-III.

After clearing the SSC CGL exam, candidates are appointed to various posts in different government departments and ministries. There has been a change in the results for 23 candidates from selected to non-selected. The Commission also stated that there had been changes to the 49 candidates' post allocations. The SSC CGL 2023 Final Cutoff remained unchanged, and the Commission chose 39,273 candidates for the DV stage.
