Based on the past trends, generally SSC CGL Tier 1 good score is considered as 150+ and the target should be around 165 to 170+ for General category. For OBC or EWS 140 to 150 and target can range up to 160 to 165+.

The SSC CGL Tier 1 2026 exam is expected to be conducted in May or June 2026 across the various centres in the country. The official notification is awaited. It is expected that the SSC CGL 2026 notification will be released in March 2026.

No. The Commission is expected to release the SSC CGL Tier 2 Result in March 2026. It will be released on the official website at ssc.gov.in. The SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam was conducted on January 18 and19, 2026.

As per the official calendar 2026-27, the SSC CGL registration 2026 will begin in March 2026. The online form will be released on the official portal at ssc.gov.in. Candidates will get around 20 days to fill the form.

The SSC CGL eligibility is set by the Staff Selection Commission. It is hard to change the eligibility for the CGL exam. The authority will release the SSC CGL Notification 2026 at ssc.gov.in. It is expected to be announced in March 2026. Along with the notification PDF, the application link will also be active.

The SSC CGL Exam Centres are allotted on a first apply first allot basis. The candidates are required to choose three exam centre cities from a region and the Commission tries to allot the exam centre in those three.
The Commission also release the data about the candidates who got the exam centre of their choice.
