Regent College London does not offer full ride scholarships to Indian students.  However, Indian students can still apply for external full-ride scholarships to cover their full tuition costs at the Regent College London.

One such scholarship is NISAU scholarship which just offered to Indian students, only if they apply to RCL through NISAU.

Yes, Indian students can study at Regent College London without submitting IELTS score. But Indian students are required to show high scores English grade from CBSE or ISC boards (usually 70% and above). If Indian students do not have required scores then they must submit IELTS score of 6.0 or above.
