Like most of the Irish universities, the September intake is there to apply for Dublin City University. For many UG courses, the admission deadlines remains the same which is closed.  And for master's courses like the MSc in Computing, the same is the admission deadline.

The students can also opt to go for a January intake which is not that popular.

There are two main intakes at Dublin City University, which are in September and January which are offered during a year. Although the September intake is the popular one with most of the courses opening for admission in this intake itself.

The DCU January intake which starts in the month of January, is smaller. The admission deadlines for this intake is in December each year
