Yes, majority of European universities require an MBA applicant to submit GMAT scores. The GMAT scores and cutoffs vary per university. Thus, applicants must check for requirements before applying and also preparing for GMAT exam.

Scores ranging between 515 to 615 on GMAT are good score and help in meeting cutoffs for applying to German universities for an MBA program. Any score above this is also a good one to get admissions. The cutoffs may vary per university and applicants must check admission trends and stats before aiming for a particular score.

Any GMAT score between 645 to 765 is a good score to aim for MBA colleges in Europe. MBA admissions in Europe not just require GMAT scores there are other requirements as well.

Yes, sometimes. If your previous education was in English or you have other tests (TOEFL/PTE), IELTS may not be necessary.

Yes, you can get an Italian student visa without IELTS if your university don't need it. Students who studied before in English maybe don't have to take the test. But you still need other papers like a passport, acceptance letter from the university, proof you have money, and health insurance.

A IELTS band score 5.5 sometimes can be accepted by some universities in Italy, mostly for programs not very competitive. But many schools ask for at least 6.0 overall, and no band should be below 5.5 if you doing undergraduate courses. For master's programs, usually they want 6.5 or more.

IELTS is not always needed for studying in Italy. Lots of universities might let you in even without an IELTS score, mainly if your acceptance letter doesn't ask for it.
