As per the QS rankings, the University of Regina ranks among the top 20 to 30 universities in Canada and among 800 to 1200 globally.

No, as such, housing is not guaranteed at TCD accommodation. The housing places depends on the availability so students must apply for the accommmodation. Trinity Hall houses around 850 first year UG students, so not all the Undergraduates get successful with the housing place. Eligible housing options of TCD with prices are-

Indian students thinking of admission to TCD UG courses must have passed Class 12. Overall percentage of 80% - 85% in 6 subjects on Class 12 must be there. Also, a language other than English, and Mathematics must be taken as a subject up to Class 10.
If the students did not have six subjects in Class 12, then the required percentage must be there in 5 subjects in Class 12 and one different subject in Class 10 for TCD UG courses.

Yes, there is an application fee of EUR 55 (Around INR 5.9k) for Trinity College Dublin Indian students. Students can apply for multiple courses. Also, studentc an change the preference of the courses by contacting Academic Registry through AskTCD. Students can apply directly to TCD by clicking on the application link.
