Yes, Canadian Law degrees are valid in India. Students must fulfill certain mandatory formalities, like they need to apply for registration with the BCI (Bar Council of India). They must hold an LLB degree from Canada. They have to go through the verification of their foreign law degree, BCI will review their transcripts, curriculum, and additional documents. Students must ensure they have submitted passport details, details of the curriculum studied, proof of residence abroad, BCI application form, and fees for a smooth process.
