No, the Monash University scholarships are not decided on academic merit purely, but they are generally considered based on the various factors as given below -
- Academic excellence
- Leadership experience
- Application statements
The students are required to focus heavily on achieving really good scores in academics, community involvement and also a 500-word statement.

For the Monash University February 2026 intake, the admission deadlines (recommended) for the scholarship consideration in Oct 31, 2026.
Another important Monash University deadline is Nov 30, 2026.

Strate School of Design offers programmes at UG and PG levels. The school offers four-year BDes and a two-year master's in Design programme. The school conducts Strate Admission Test or SAT for admission. Aspirants can apply online for the preferred course.
