After the application is emailed along with the required documents, the Administration Manager of Metro Institute will verify the form for completeness. Once the reviewing is done and application is found suitable, the institute will issue a Letter of Offer, which remains valid for 30 days. Also, an invoice for initial payment of the fees is issued along with a Student Acceptance Agreement for the applicant to review. This agreement, once accepted by the student, remains a binding contract between the student and Metro Institute. It is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of NSW.
The students will be allowed to commence the course only after the due amount is paid to the institute. To be eligible for a course, the candidate has to make the course payment while returning the signed Student Acceptance Agreement to the Metro Institute. The payments that are made in advance to the institute are protected under the conditions of Tuition Protection Service.

According to the University of South Dakota, over 1000 on-campus housing options are available for students choosing to live on campus. For students choosing off-campus housing, the Gallagher International Centre (GIC) looks after the university's overseas affairs and provides strong support to students throughout their housing process. Applicants must consult with the GIC team before signing a housing lease to avoid complications. Affordable housing offers are available within walking distance of the campus, but applicants must avoid signing any lease before securing their visa.
Moreover, talking about the transportation facilities available around campus, it is worth noting that the university does not provide any dedicated late-night safe rides. Vermillion is considered a very safe locality, even during late hours, where most of the places are at a walkable distance. Hence, making it quite safe and student-friendly.
