No, Humboldt University of Berlin doesn't generally require ACT or SAT scores as part of undergraduate admissions. However, they require a German University Entrance Qualification (HZB), which applicants can generally obtain through the German Abitur or an equivalent national qualification. Additionally, the university looks into other factors for admissions, like strong academic performance, meeting the English Language Proficiency test score, personal essays, references (if any), and extracurricular activities.
