Dear Poonam,
If you have been working all this while, then you need not worry about the gap, work experience is not considered as a gap. You can apply for a visa after you have been accepted by a college. So, you must submit your study application to a college first.

Dear Rutvij,
The procedures for both are slightly different. Germany is not too popular for management studies however, the business schools are extremely competitive. To pursue MBA, applicants must be academically strong, have work experience and must have taken the GMAT or GRE with very good scores

Dear Abhishek,
All the three colleges mentioned are well known. From a strategic point of view, I would prefer Toronto because it is the financial capital of Canada, which means greater access and opportunities. The university is extremely competitive, so apply to the other two as well. Simon Fraser

It is hard to say, if you will get a job. If you have the talent and match the job requirements, you will get one. You need to perform extremely well in your academics and learn German. Network with the right people and upgrade your skills.
