To be eligible for Indian Institute of Information Technology Surat’s BTech programme, a candidate must pass Class 12 from a recognised board with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects and one out of Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational as an optional subject with a minimum of 75% aggregate.

IIIT Surat offers BTech programme across two specialisations:
- Computer Science Engineering
- Electronics & Communication Engineering

IIIT Surat application process is available in online mode only through the official website of National Testing Agency (NTA).
JEE Main session 2 Registration last date and time is over. JEE Main 2024 Application form session 2 last date was March 4. JEE Main 2024 registration form was available in online at jeemain.nta.ac.in. Yes, IIIT Surat follows seat reservation for SC, ST, OBC and PwD candidates as per the rules of the Government of India. The seat matrix for the BTech programmre is as follows:

There are a total of 75 seats for BTech CSE programme at IIIT Surat. Candidates must qualify teh JEE Main exam to scure the CSE seats. Later, candidates are required to participate in the JoSAA counselling rounds. Candidates who are eligible are allotted wuth BTech seats. Candidates must pay the institute based cousre-fee and finalise their seats in the IIIT Surat.

1: IIIT Surat admission to its flagship programme BTech is based on the candidate's performance in the JEE Main exam. Therefore, candidates must register for JEE Main exam by visiting the exam's official website.
