IIIT Surat BTech admission to subject to the JEE Main exam scores. The BTech admission applications have to be made through the JEE Main website and through JoSAA counselling for the allotment of seats. Institute fixes cutoff ranks on the basis of minimum marks obtained by candidates, and within the opening rank and closing ranks, admissions are given. Due to the stiff merit-based criteria followed by IIIT Surat. Therefore, candidates cannot get into IIIT Surat withouth JEE Main.

LLM courses can be one-year or two-year courses. However, generally, the law degree is offered as a two-year duration. But soon, according to the recent deliberations of BCI, the one-year LLM shall be scrapped and two-year LLM shall be restored. It shall consist of four-semesters wherein candidates shall be required to submit dissertation in the end of the final semester.

Dear Mohammed Shahab,
Admission to SVNIT Surat is mostly on the basis of JEE Main rank, and a rank of 94 appears very competitive. But the choice is subject to category, availability of seats, and home state quota. Your 90% in CBSE will make your profile stronger, but JEE rank is the deciding factor. I suggest verifying the last year's cutoffs for your category on the website of JoSAA to get a better estimate of your possibilities. If you are in a reserved category or home state quota, your possibility might increase.
All the very best !
