IIIT Surat offers BTech programme across two specialisations:
- Computer Science Engineering
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
Candidates seeking admission to any of the aforementioned BTech specialisation must have a valid JEE-Main based on which the candidates will be selected for counselling process followed by document verification and fee payment.

IIIT Surat application process is available in online mode only through the official website of National Testing Agency (NTA).
JEE Main session 2 Registration last date and time is over. JEE Main 2024 Application form session 2 last date was March 4. JEE Main 2024 registration form was available in online at jeemain.nta.ac.in. Candidates are advised to check JEE Main Eligibility marks in 12th and other conditions before filling the JEE Main 2024 registration form.

Yes, IIIT Surat follows seat reservation for SC, ST, OBC and PwD candidates as per the rules of the Government of India. The seat matrix for the BTech programmre is as follows:

There are a total of 75 seats for BTech CSE programme at IIIT Surat. Candidates must qualify teh JEE Main exam to scure the CSE seats. Later, candidates are required to participate in the JoSAA counselling rounds. Candidates who are eligible are allotted wuth BTech seats. Candidates must pay the institute based cousre-fee and finalise their seats in the IIIT Surat.

Aspirants must apply for JEE Main exam and appear for the same. Candidates with a valid JEE score are called for JoSAA counselling following which seat allotment is done. IIIT Surat inducts candidates for the BTech programme based on a valid rank in JEE-Main and the admission process is executed as per the guidelines established by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).

There is no such provision for direct admission to the BTech programme at IIIT Surat. IIIT Surat accepts admission for the BTech programme based on a valid rank in JEE-Main. Candidates aspiring to take admission to the BTech programme at IIIT Surat must take the JEE-Main exam conducted by NTA by filling out the its application form through JEE official website. Candidates having JEE-Main rank above the closing rank specified in the merit list released by the college can apply for the counselling process where they can fill their branch preferences followed by document verification and fee payment.
