Hello aspirant! First of all its not necessary that you need a separate engineering department to study artificial intelligence and machine learning. These courses come under CSE and can be chosen as electives also in IT or ECE. Now coming to the colleges in Tamil Nadu:
1. IIT MADRAS
2. NIT TRICHY
3. IIIT KANCHEEPURAM
4. Anna University If you want it as a specialisation then go for VIT Vellore B.Tech in CSE with specialisation in AI AND ML. If not any of these then SRM main campus is also a good choice.

Hi. [ UG Programmes - The portal is open from 20th June 2022. ]. Loyola College, Chennai provides various degree courses at the UG level in B.A. B.Com B.Sc. B.Voc BBA BCA and B. M. under different specializations. The duration of each of the courses is three years. If you are eligible to claim Linguistic Minority seats reflecting their mother tongue (Telugu and Malayalam) should produce the Study Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution last studied Annexure 8 (a). .
