TANCET exam scores are accepted by more than 200 colleges in Tamil Nadu. TANCET scores help in admissioin toi MBA as well as MCA colleges in the state. DTE conducts centralised counselling process to fill the seats based on the TANCET scores.

For general category students, a percentage of at least 96% is required for PSG. For BC or MBC students, a score above 94% seems to be a good enough score and for SC/ SCA/ ST, it is 92% and above in general.
