No, you can't get computer Science engineering at VIT Vellore with this rank. I will suggest you to go for some good private colleges like Amity University or LPU. Best of luck.

Yes, you will be able to get a seat in computer science. You will fall in category 2. You have to attend the counselling on the assigned date. I would also suggest you check your emails regularly. You will get detailed information through emails only.
