You cannot get the main campus at this rank and getting the CSE branch at this rank is not even possible in any of the campus. You apply for the management quota, then you can get the main campus.

If you want to get admission in Hindustan University for AE. You must write the entrance exam for it and you have to get a good rank like below 5K. Then you will easily get admission in Hindustan University as it is the toughest branch.

This would depend on her interest areas and career aspirations. In case she intends to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then M.Tech/ MS ( IT) is better, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.

It is around 1,41,000 in scholarship category 2. It can be less in scholarship category 1 if you have nice rank in VITMEE.
