It will depend on your preparation if your preparation is good for JEE and you are sure to qualify then you can. Preparing for past two years will not be deemed worthy if you didn't follow the right path.

You can mostly get civil or chemical engineering. If you wish to go to a better branch then you would have to pay extra fees as your score is not that good enough for mechanical or CSE.

Hi,
You are not eligible for MBA because you are not a graduate. You are advised to do graduation degree first to seek admission in MBA. Diploma in engineering after 10+2 is not equivalent to degree because it is 10+3 course not 10+2+3 years course.

Hi,
Since IT is highly preferable branch of students in any college, so you need a rank below 10000 to get IT branch in category 1, you may get it with higher ranks also but in category 2, 3, 4, 5 and according to the category the fee structure increases. So if you want specific marks then it's tough to predict but on an average try scoring more than 90 marks.
