May be or may be not because last year closing rank was 31000 for Chennai main branch so you have to take part in the counselling.

Except for CSE you will get any branch in which you are interested.

PSG Coimbatore comes under Anna university counselling. so you can apply for counselling through www.annauniv.edu (TNEA 2017)
The online application form is available in the above website. it closes on may 31 and the counselling commences from June 27.

Yes, you can but only if you are a resident of Tamil Nadu. Otherwise, your chances of getting a seat in ECE are less.

Actually, for any candidate, it is minimum to get a 60% marks in PCM subjects to pursue in SSN, Chennai and fee is dependent on your academics.
