If you include 'Physical Education' in your 'Best Four Subjects' (BFS) then you will face deduction of some percentage ranging from 1-3% from your BFS %.

Yes, you can go for the course after your degree completion as the eligibility qualification is university entrance test and other eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board.

No, you cannot include music and physical education in top 4 subjects for admission in BA (Hons.) in history at Zakir Husain Delhi College (evening).
For admission in this college, you need a minimum of 45% in 10+2 examination in top 4 subjects which include one language and three best elective subjects.

Yes, as per my knowledge you can do B.Ed. It does not need any kind of teaching experience for you to take admission in the course.
