If you have completed your Masters in Textile Designing or you are in the final year of post-graduation, you can apply for the UGC NET exam. NET exam authorities has set some guidelines for the exam, according to that candidates can appear for the exam with the subject in which they done their Masters or related to that. As you said, you have Textile Designing, it is related to Home Science subject. So, you can appear for the UGC NET Home Science exam. You can definitely apply for the UGC NET, if you have completed the Masters programme with at-least 55% marks. The candidate from the reserved CAT must have at-least 50% marks. There is no age limit for the lectureship, but to apply for the JRF Fellowship, the age limit is 30 years. (35 years for the candidates from the Reserved and Female candidates CAT.)

It is really nice to know that you want to teach in an Engineering College, even if it is as a guest lecture. It is very noble thing to teach, but unfortunately there are no links, which I can provide you to help you in finding the position of guest lecturers. You will have to find out from the intended institutes you wish to teach as a guest lecturer. Another Avenue could be for you to register yourself on naukri. Com and see unemployment as guest lecturer in Engineering college. The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed course is Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) form a recognized board/university with at least 50% marks. Yes, BBA students are eligible to pursue B.Ed course. The basic qualification needed is a graduation in any stream. Thanks.
