You can apply for the UGC NET Exam after completing the Post graduation in the relevant subject. You must have atleast 55 % marks in the post graduation. The candidates completed Masters from IGNOU are definitely eligible for the UGC NET Exam. You can apply for the UGC NET Exam in the final year too if you have given the final year exams and waiting for the results. You have to first clear UGC NET exam after M.Sc. And then you can apply for government professor and then there are many colleges where you can get seat after clearing exam. Good luck.

XII Standard pass-out with minimum 50% marks in English.
Diploma holder / Bachelors Degree Holder / Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University (with English as a subject, passed with 50% or completed Diploma / Bachelors Degree / Graduation in English medium).

You can definitely apply for the B.Ed program after completing the Masers in Arts. If you want to make career in the teaching field you can prepare for the exams like UGC NET, SET and other exams conducted by state govt. for the lectureship and teaching program.
