Hello Avni,
NTA has announced the UGC NET Dec 2018 date schedule. As per the dates, the UGC NET 2018 Application Form has been started from the 1st September and the last date will be 30th September 2018. The exam will be conducted from 9th December to 23rd December 2018 in two shifts per day on Saturday and Sunday. Here are the steps which candidates have to follow to apply for the exam. You should have graduated with minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST/Other Backward/PH) from a recognized central/state board/University or other equivalent examination cleared.
B.Tech. Candidates with 55% marks and specialization in science and maths can also apply.

Engineering degree holders with 60% marks are eligible for NET. If you are M.Tech holder, then you need 55% marks in your post-graduation to become eligible for these exams. You will be eligible for engineering sciences subject in CSIR NET.
