UGC NET Exam is conducted in 80+ subjects subjects that also includes subject like mathematics.There are two type of exams conducted every year .

You have not mentioned your subjects of graduation and post graduation levels. If it is education, then you can do Ph.D. in education. But, if your subject is philosophy, you are bound to do your doctorate degree in philosophy only. My suggestion is that you can take educational philosophy as your doctoral programme. You can also try to find job in schools as M.Ed is a very good option to secure a job there. All the best.

RIE CEE selection basis doesn't provide us with options like minimum marks and become eligible. The selection is based on both board marks and cee marks. The entrance is based on state quotas and the strictly follows the admission process of selecting top students from each state whatever marks you may have.
