No, you can't. The basic rule of NET exam is that the candidates can only apply for the exam with their masters' subject. According to your subject, you can apply for CSIR NET Earth Sciences in the place of UGC NET. It would be a better option for you. It is a national-level exam which is conducted for the Science stream students who want to become a researcher or a lecturer. To appear for the exam, you should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in your masters. If you want to appear for junior research fellowship, then your age must be less than or equal to 28 years. For assistant professor, this age limit is not applicable

The aspirants completed Masters in Commerce, Arts or Management can apply for the UGC NET exam. There is no age limit to appear in the NET Exam. Well, if you want to gain the UGC fellowships worth INR 25000 per month for studies. And for research, you need to clear the JRF cut-off. The Age limit is 30 years for JRF (For Female and Reserved Category students the age limit is 35 years)
The NET Exam is conducted in two phases- Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is conducted in the Aptitude section and Paper 2 is conducted in the Subject selected by candidates in the Post graduation (Management in your case)
