Hello Avinash, The candidates can apply for UGC NET exam on the basis of their post graduation subject. As you say you have done M.A. In Personnel Management and PGDBM, according to this you can appear for the NET exam in UGC NET Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/ Labour and Social Welfare/Human Resource Management and UGC NET Computer Science & Applications. Course detail

For admission in B.Ed, you should have graduated with minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST/Other Backward/PH) from a recognized central/state board/University or other equivalent examination cleared.
Also, need to appear for MGAHV Written Test.
