There are institutes which provide distance education mode, like - Asian College of Teachers, Institute Of International Teachers Training etc. They provide course content in PDF form, in class training videos. They will provide whole course materials along with instructions and DVD of this course. You can have your class at any time of the day at your convenience. Books related to this course will be provided at your door. If you have any doubts regarding this course you can chat with the course teachers through your account.

As per NCTE norms, regular teachers working in primary, middle, secondary or higher secondary schools in Tamilnadu, recognised by State/Central government, with a minimum of two years teaching experience are only eligible for admission into Annamalai University Distance Education B.Ed course.
The students must have a graduate degree from a recognized university under 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 pattern with main subjects in Part III, namely Tamil (B.A., B.Lit.), English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Computer Science, Applied Physics, Applied Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, Microbiology, History and Geograph

The minimum eligibility for the UGC NET exam is post-graduation degree from the recognised university with more than 55% marks. However the final year in post graduation candidates are also eligible to apply for the UGC NET exam. The final-year candidates if qualifies the exam, they will be eligible to get the NET Certificate after the successful completion of the exam.
