Yes you can, but it's better that one of the courses will be done in correspondence, because you can't attend both courses lectures/classes at a time.

The eligibility score for admission in B.Ed. programme is at least 50% marks (i.e. aggregate of total marks in all subjects offered by the candidate) either in the Bachelors degree and/or in the Masters Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanities/Commerce, or Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks, or any other qualification equivalent thereto.
So I think you are eligible.

Yes, I think it is English medium. Gujarati & English Medium students are allowed to get admission in the college. English medium students are provided English medium schools for their practice-teaching only

Admission criteria for B.Ed course in A G Teacher's College is graduate degree with 50% from any recognised university in India is essential.
Here are some govt. college for B.Ed in Ahmedabad:
Lokmanya College Of Education
Gujarat Vidyapith
Sardar Patel College Of B Ed
M N Shukla College Of Education
Sahjanand B Ed College
A G Teachers College

Yes, you can have government teaching exam as in TET, CTET UGC NET or B.Ed so you will be eligible for lectureship in any school/ college/universities.

I think, no because D.El.Ed is not considered as a graduate degree. It's only a Diploma of 2 years. It's better that you go for graduation which is 3 year full fledged course. Also, graduation had more value. Or, for better option, you can go for B.El.Ed, a 4-year course. After that, you are eligible for teaching. Then, you don't need to pursue B.Ed.
