Hi,
If you want to become a lecturer, a regular course is mandatory. Distance learning will not give you the competence or skills that are required for becoming a lecturer. Also, the colleges would not prefer to hire someone who has pursued education through correspondence. A regular course is always given preference and is considered valid against a distance course.

Salary of a teacher varies from school to school. Reputed schools pay full salary package to B.Ed, whereas others keep you on consolidated salary. Even EPF is not given. Place your resume in schools. All the very best.

Hi,
You can apply for UGC NET exam. Even your admit card will be issue and you can attend that exam too. But you can't claim your certificate. This can only give you an experience only. You should be post graduate or in the last semester of post graduation for eligibility ofnet exam clearing certificate.
